Founded by two moms, Cheryl & Vernisa, Eighteenth Juniper Candle Co began in the heart of our homes. United by a shared passion for candles, we turned our mutual interest into a thriving small business.

Meet Vernisa

Vernisa is the co-founder of Eighteenth Juniper Candle Co., where she channels her passion for crafting into creating artisanal candles and unique concrete candle jars. What began as a personal hobby over a decade ago has blossomed into a thriving business, fueled by her love for high-quality, distinctive designs. 

As a wife and mom to three kids and two fur babies, Vernisa understands the importance of warmth and comfort at home while incorporating high quality and sustainable products. Her commitment to crafting beautiful, handcrafted products reflects her desire to bring joy and coziness into the lives of her customers.

Cheryl is the co-founder of Eighteenth Juniper Candle Co., where her love for candle making and crafting shines through in every product.

Balancing her role as a wife, mom of four, and caretaker of a playful fur baby named Delta, Cheryl brings creativity and passion to her work. When she's not busy crafting high-quality candles or designing unique concrete jars and home decor, she enjoys hiking, photography, and making cherished memories with her family camping and exploring the outdoors.

Cheryl is excited to share her enthusiasm for both candle making and home decor with the world.
